1. Open your Web browser, check out Gmail, and Login for your Gmail account.
2. Next, click within the Gmail search engine. Enter:inbox is:read (without quotes) Then, click the blue Search Mail button. You will now view a few of the most recent emails you have actually read.
3. Discover the checkbox button for choosing messages towards the top left with the results. Click it. A decrease box can look which has the options, "Select: All, None, Read, Unread, Starred, Un-starred". Select "All" to select all of the emails that match your search. All of the emails around the page will be checked and highlighted.
4. Click the link at the top of their email list which says, "Select all conversations that match this search." This makes sure you've selected even the messages that don't fit on the first page of results.
5. Go through the "Archive" button at the top of the email area. Now your entire read emails have been saved in your archive, where they may be searched but where they won't clutter your inbox.
Make absolutely certain you desperately want to permanently delete everything mail. Unless youre approaching your storage limit, the smarter move is always to archive it instead. Like that itll still be available whenever your run searches, but wont clutter increase inbox.
